*Prime Omega 3 consists of the high-potency you and your superbaby need during the primemester, pregnancy, and postpartum. A fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum powerhouse, Prime Omega 3 provides 600 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 400 mg of dexahexapentaeonic acid (DHA) in each serving.

Recommended Use: One serving = 2 softgels. Take 2 softgels per day with meals or as directed by your healthcare provider. The American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology recommends a minimum of 300 mg of DHA during pregnancy. If inflammation levels are known to be high or suspected to be high, a higher dosage may be desired. Increase your dosage with clearance and guidance from your healthcare provider.

Warning: Consult your healthcare practitioner before use if you are taking blood thinner medication or if you are planning to have surgery, including a scheduled C-section.

You will feel just as good about what your Prime Omega 3 DOESN’T contain!

VERY IMPORTANT. Prime Omega 3 is carefully and intentionally formulated without Omega 6s or Omega 9s.

OMEGA-6-FREE. Our modern diet is highly imbalanced in favor of far too many Omega 6s. Omega 6 intake needs to be reduced in order to improve the ratio of Omega 3s to Omega 6s and reduce inflammation. Therefore, supplementing Omega 6s is unnecessary.

OMEGA-9-FREE. Omega 9s may exert a prostaglandinergic effect which can promote uterine contractions, and, therefore, are not recommended for fertility and pregnancy.
