- Defective or Shipment Errors: If you receive a defective product or there was an error in your order’s shipment, kindly inform us immediately via email at email@example.com. We will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please ensure that you report these issues within 30 days from the date of your order.
- To ensure your safety and the quality of our products, we do not resell supplements that have been returned to us. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns in most cases.
- Order Edits or Cancellation: If you need to cancel or edit your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, kindly be informed that we are unable to process cancellation requests once your package has been packed at our facility.
- Refunds: In exceptional circumstances where we cannot find an appropriate solution for your needs, we may issue a refund request. If the refund is approved and is applicable for a returned product, it will be processed within 5 business days from the arrival of the authorized return at our office. The refund will be credited to the original credit card account used for the purchase. Please be aware that refunds cannot be issued more than 30 days after the date of your order.
